How do I get started?

How many credits do I need?
You need 1 credit for each property value we successfully clean its value. You will get 250 free credits a month, and you can purchase additional credits at any time.
What counts as a "cleaned property"?
A cleaned property is any property in your HubSpot CRM where we successfully normalized the data. For example, changing "USA" to "United States" counts as 1 cleaned property. And "CA" to "California" counts as 1 cleaned property. Normalizing both "USA" and "CA" on the same contact will count as 2 cleaned properties. If we can't successfully find what to normalize your property value to, it will keep its original value. We don't count any properties we haven't successfully normalized.
What does it mean we "Only pay for successfully cleaned properties"?
You only pay for properties that we have successfully cleaned. If we can't find a suitable normalized value for a property, you won't be charged for it. This means you can trust that you're only paying for results.
Where do I purchase more credits?
You can purchase more credits following the Setting page when you have the application installed. Simply navigate to the Setting tab select "purchase credits".
Is there a minimum commitment?
No! You can start with the free 250 credits a month. There are no long-term contracts, setup fees, or monthly minimums.
How does billing work?
You purchase credits in advance using a credit card. We use Stripe as a payment processor.
Do my credits expire?
On the first day of every month, you automatically receive 250 free credits. You can also purchase additional credits at any time. Purchased credits never expire.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can uninstall the plugin anytime.
