Setup Overview

Installing and configuring GoPure's third-party app for your HubSpot CRM is quick and straightforward.

Total time required: ~10 minutes

Step 1: Install the GoPure CRM Cleanup App

1. Install the GoPure CRM Cleanup App

   Click here to Install the GoPure CRM Cleanup App. If it doesn't work, please paste the following link in your browser: https://hubspot-webservice.gopure.app/install

2. Select the account

   Choose the HubSpot account you want to connect with GoPure CRM Cleanup.

   

Step 2: Connect App with Required Permissions

GoPure CRM Cleanup needs specific permissions to read and update your contact data.

1. Review Permissions

   HubSpot will show you exactly what permissions GoPure CRM Cleanup is requesting.

   • Read contacts: To read your current properties and evaluate whether it needs cleaning
   • Write contacts: To update and normalize contact information
   
2. Connect App

   Click "Connect App".

   You'll be redirected to the GoPure CRM Cleanup dashboard within HubSpot.

Step 3: Access Your App in HubSpot

After installation, you'll need to access the app within your HubSpot account.

1. Navigate to Connected Apps

   In your HubSpot account, go to Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps

2. Find GoPure CRM Cleanup

   Look for "GoPure CRM Cleanup" in your list of connected apps and click on it.

3. Open App Settings

   Click on the "General Settings" tab, then click the "Open Settings" button to access your app dashboard.

Step 4: Create Your First Cleaning Job

Now you're ready to start cleaning your contact data!

1. Prepare Your First Job

   Follow our Prepare New Job guide to create your first data cleaning job.

2. Monitor Progress

   Jobs run in the background and typically complete within 10-30 minutes depending on your database size.
