Jobs overview page

When you open the app, the jobs overview shows you a list of all jobs. These includes jobs currently running, and those ran in the past.

A Job is a specific instance of a data cleaning task that has been scheduled or executed within the system. It will run in the background because you can have thousands of records and take time to complete.

Job status

A job can have the following status:

Status Description
In Queue for Preparation The job is waiting to run for preparation. If another job is running, we will start it after that. We only run one job at a time, because we need to stay within your account's HubSpot rate limits.
Preparing The job is actively running preparation. This means we are looking into your hubspot installation to count the total number of records that the job will need to clean up.
Prepared The job is finished with preparation. This means we have a total view of which records need to be updated for the job. As a user you now need to confirm to run the job, or cancel it. Any job will need your confirmation.
In Queue for Processing The job is waiting to run for processing. If another job is running, we will start it after that. We only run one job at a time, because we need to stay within your account's HubSpot rate limits.
Processing The job is currently being processed. We update the status in near real-time, if you refresh the job page you will be able to see the progress.
Completed The job has finished processing.
Failed The job encountered an error and did not complete successfully and will not continue processing. See the Details column for more information.
Cancelled The job has been cancelled and will not continue further processing. See the Details column for more information.

Help! I can't find the jobs overview page anymore

If you're not on the jobs overview page, you can always navigate back to it:

  1. Go to your HubSpot account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps
  3. Find and click on "GoPure CRM Cleanup"
  4. Click the "General Settings" tab
  5. Click "Open Settings" to access the jobs overview
