Uninstall the App

Uninstalling completely removes GoPure CRM Cleanup from your HubSpot account.

Steps to Uninstall:

1. Navigate to Connected Apps

   In your HubSpot account, go to Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps

2. Find GoPure CRM Cleanup

   Locate "GoPure CRM Cleanup" in your list of connected apps.

3. Click on the Actions dropdown, and select Uninstall:
4. Confirm Removal

   HubSpot will ask you to confirm the uninstallation. Click "Uninstall" or "Remove" to proceed.

   
5. Click Done

   Providing a reason for uninstall is highly appreciated, but optional.

   

What Remains in the Gopure app:

When you install the application for your HubSpot portal again, you will re-gain access to your previous data:

• All job history and logs
• App configuration settings
• Usage statistics and reports

What Remains in HubSpot:

• All your contact data (already cleaned data stays cleaned)
• Contact properties and custom fields
• Your HubSpot account and other integrations
